What a scan does.
Which pages do you read?
Publicly reachable pages on the domain you enter: the home page, pricing, features, documentation, changelog, FAQ and similar. We read robots.txt first and obey it. We never sign in, never bypass a CAPTCHA or a paywall, and never guess a password.
How hard do you hit the site?
One page at a time, a handful of pages per scan, with a user agent that names this service and links to it. A scan is closer to a careful reader than to a crawler.
What do you keep?
The domain, the email address you entered, the list of URLs read, and short verbatim excerpts of the specific sentences that contradict each other, kept as evidence so a finding can be checked. We do not keep whole page copies.
Do you use the text to train a model?
No. Excerpts are sent to a language model to extract claims and adjudicate a conflict, then stored as the evidence for your report. Nothing is sold, published or used to train anything.

What do you do with my email address?
We send you the result of the scan you asked for, and the report if you buy one. If you ask us a question, we answer it. That is all it is used for.
How do I get removed?
Use the contact page and tick remove me. Your results are deleted and your domain and address are added to a suppression list, so a scan cannot be started for them again.
How long does a result link stay live?
A free result stays live for 30 days. A paid report stays live for 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
Do you use cookies?
One short-lived cookie when you open a checkout page, so we can attach your payment to your scan. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics on page views. No advertising trackers.

What exactly am I buying?
A written report about your own public pages, delivered by email within 24 hours of payment, and kept at a private link. Truth Monitor 90 adds rescans of the same domain roughly every 30 days for 90 days.
What if the audit finds almost nothing?
If it verifies fewer than three findings, we say so in the first line of the summary and refund you in full. You keep the report.
Is this legal advice?
No. We compare sentences your own site publishes and tell you which two disagree. What you do about it, and whether it matters to any authority, is your call and your counsel's.
Can you be wrong?
Yes, and that is why every finding shows both excerpts and both live URLs so you can check it in seconds. Anything below 90 confidence is dropped rather than shown. If a finding is wrong, tell us and we will correct or refund.
